blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Briscoe, Castro, Parmer, and Swisher Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
