* WHERE…Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely be slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
The hazardous conditions could impact the the morning and evening
commutes.
