tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Burke Mountains, McDowell Mountains, Mitchell, and Yancey
Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Icing may create slippery conditions on roads, bridges
and sidewalks. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning commute.
