* WHAT…Dense freezing fog and freezing drizzle this morning and
then changing to snow overnight.. Snow accumulations between 1 and
3 inches and ice accumulations of a couple hundredths of an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest
and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/ Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will become hazardous as roads, especially
bridges and overpasses, become slick and visibilities drop to
around one quarter of a mile.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Dense freezing fog and freezing drizzle is
forecast this morning and through portions of the afternoon. Snow
will then move in during the evening hours and persist overnight.
The snow will cover ice on roadways and sidewalks leading to slick
and hazardous conditions. Wind chills Sunday morning are forecast
to fall to around 10 below zero leading to an extra hazard if
caught outdoors.
