with locally higher amounts up to 18 inches for the Bear River
Range.

* WHERE…The Wasatch Mountains, and Western Uinta Mountains.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Winter driving conditions are expected. Traction laws
may be enacted.
