* WHAT…Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Point Lay.

* WHEN…Until 3 AM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow will reduce visibility to 1/4
mile at times. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
10 minutes.
