* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches,
except 4 to 8 inches in the mountains.

* WHERE…Baker County and northern portions of Harney County, and
Malheur County.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST /11 AM MST/ this morning.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
