* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The cold wind chills
as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin
in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow showers increase after midnight,
reducing visibility to down to a half mile at times over the
morning hours. Nunivak Island, communities along Etolin Strait
including Toksook Bay, and Newtok are the most likely locations
to experience reduced visibility in snow, though anywhere north
and west of the Kuskokwim River could also experience visibility
to one-half mile at times.
