* WHAT…Lake enhanced snow bands with localized areas of snow
accumulations between 3 and 6 inches.

* WHERE…Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western
Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West
Virginia.

* WHEN…Until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions, and brief reductions
in visibility to less than a mile in heavier snow.
