* WHERE…Southeast Webster, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas,
and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Very slippery roads, and especially bridges, overpasses
and sidewalks are possible.
