mainly 5 to 15 MPH.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, and south central
Nebraska.

* WHEN…From 2 PM this afternoon to 9 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
