* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Anderson, Coffey, and Franklin Counties.

* WHEN…Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight
of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause
sporadic power outages. Significant ice accumulation on power
lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power
outages. Plan on slippery road conditions.
