Remaining precipitation will change back to snow late Sunday night
and Monday morning. The heaviest precipitation is expected Sunday
afternoon and Sunday night. Although total snowfall amounts of 5
to 9 inches are forecast, the largest amount on the ground at any
given time may be less due to freezing rain occurring in the
middle of the winter storm, atop the initial snowfall. Wind gusts
on Monday in excess of 20 mph could lead to further tree damage
and power outages.
