inches, with higher amounts possible in the mountains. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph across Hill, Blaine, Chouteau, and
Fergus Counties.
* WHERE…A portion of north central Montana.
* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility along and east of US Highway
87 and northeast of Montana Highway 200.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The heaviest period of snowfall, with
snowfall rates between one half of an inch and one inch per hour,
is expected through 11 pm MST this evening in the Cut Bank and
Great Falls areas, but through 2 am MST in the Havre and Lewistown
areas.
