* WHAT…North winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE…Armstrong, Carson, Collingsworth, Donley, Gray, Hemphill,
Roberts, and Wheeler Counties.

* WHEN…From 9 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
