* WHAT…West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Connecticut, Rhode Island and all of
Massachusetts east of the Berkshires.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
