* WHERE…In Connecticut, Litchfield County. In Massachusetts,
Berkshire County. In New York, Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Greene,
Montgomery, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, and
southern Saratoga Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
