* WHERE…The mountains and foothills of northwest North Carolina,
southwest Virginia, and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
