* WHAT…South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, becoming
west late this evening.

* WHERE…In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia,
Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
