* WHAT…South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 45 to 50 mph expected,
particularly at the base of the Blue Mountains.

* WHERE…Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 7 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
