* WHAT…South to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55
mph.

* WHERE…This includes the Summer Lake area, the mountains across
Lake County and eastern Klamath County, and Modoc County.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
