* WHERE…Owens Valley near the Sierra foothills.

* WHEN…From 9 AM to 9 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Sections of Highway 395 near the Sierra
foothills will be susceptible to strong crosswinds.
