Through midnight… a narrow band of light snow will move across
portions of Vance, Franklin, Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson Counties.
This band of snow will be capable of producing a dusting of snow,
mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. Bridges and overpasses
could become snow-covered with a light coating of snow where this
band moves over. Motorists on I-85 in Vance County near Henderson,
and motorists on I-95 between Wilson and Rocky Mount should slow
down and use extreme caution, especially while driving over
bridges, as they may be or become snow-covered and icy.
