HAZARDS…A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH
which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 1046 PM EST, a band of heavy snow showers
was along a line from just north of Coudersport, to southeast to
just northeast of Williamsport. The snow showers were moving
southeast at 35 MPH.
THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR…
Genesee around 1100 PM EST.
Harrison Valley and Galeton around 1105 PM EST.
Westfield, Leetonia, and Leonard Harrison State Park around 1110
PM EST.
Wellsboro, Morris, and English Center around 1115 PM EST.
Mansfield, Blossburg, and Covington around 1120 PM EST.
Ralston and Ogdensburg around 1125 PM EST.
This includes route 6 and Interstate 15.
