Locally dense fog over the higher terrain of central Pennsylvania
this morning will reduce visibilities to a quarter mile or less
in spots.
If traveling this morning, expect rapidly changing conditions and
areas of poor visibility. Motorists are encouraged to increase
distance between other vehicles and use low-beam headlights to
alert other motorists of your presence.
Conditions will slowly improve by early afternoon. However,
areas of locally dense fog could form again by this evening.
