* Until 645 PM EST.

* At 558 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from Loyalsockville to Zion, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Whiteout conditions with near zero visibility associated
with intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading
to blowing snow. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Bellefonte and Danville exits, specifically from mile markers 172 to
216.

This includes the following Interstates…
Interstate 99 from mile markers 80 to 82.
Interstate 180 from mile markers 1 to 29.

Williamsport, Montoursville, and Madisonburg around 600 PM EST.
Poe Valley State Park, R.B. Winter State Park, and Elimsport
around 610 PM EST.
Reeds Gap State Park, Watsontown, and Laurelton Center around 620
PM EST.
Lewisburg, Milton, and Mifflinburg around 630 PM EST.
Montandon around 640 PM EST.

Other locations impacted by this snow squall include Beavertown,
Turbotville, Wagner, South Williamsport, and West Milton.
