* WHAT…East winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 8 to 11 feet.

* WHERE…Pohnpei, Kosrae, and Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN…Until 3 AM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Pohnpei buoy continues to show combined seas
between 8 and 10 feet. While altimetry shows 10 foot seas of east
of Majuro, seas and winds may briefly drop below hazardous
conditions through Tuesday night before winds and seas rebuild
Wednesday.
