* WHAT…East winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots by
Wednesday night. Seas around 7 to 8 feet.

* WHERE…Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters
between Anegada Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM,
Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix south to
17N, Mona Passage Southward to 17N and Coastal Waters of
Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM AST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
