At 1200 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 22 nm south of
Westhampton Beach to 37 nm east of Buoy 44025, moving northeast at 30
knots.
Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
