Marine Weather Statement issued December 13 at 5:58PM CST by NWS Houston/Galveston TX

Periods of light showers will continue to impact Galveston Bay and
the adjacent Gulf waters through this evening. These showers are
resulting in periods of reduced visibility. Visibility is
generally between 2 and 5 NM. However, visibility could drop to 1
NM at times. Cannot rule out issuing a Marine Dense Fog advisory
if visibility manages to drop below 1 NM.
