between 6 and 12 inches in the most persistent lake effect bands.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting
snow.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on
roads and very poor visibility. Areas of blowing snow will
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heaviest snowfall amounts will be near and
along State Route 3. Snowfall rates will be heaviest between 7 AM
and 7 PM Thursday.
