Plains, Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills, and Southern Meade Co Plains.

* WHEN…From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
signs. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles.
