this morning. Winds becoming southwest and easing to 15 to 20 kt
with occasional gusts to 30 kt later this morning. Seas
remaining steep at 8 to 11 ft at 12 seconds.
* WHERE…All areas. Gales and very steep and hazardous seas are
expected from Cape Sebastian northward. Steep seas in all
other waters.
* WHEN…For the Gale Warning, until 4 AM PST early this morning.
For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.
