* WHERE…The open waters of Lake Ontario from the Niagara River
to the Saint Lawrence River, and the nearshore waters of Lake
Ontario from Mexico Bay to the Saint Lawrence River.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
