* WHEN…For the Frost Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 9 AM PST
Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 8 PM Monday to 10 AM PST
Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive
populations such as unhoused individuals. Cold Conditions can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
