Flood Advisory issued January 9 at 9:07AM HST until January 9 at 9:15AM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

Satellite and rain gauge observations shows that the heavy rain has
diminished. Therefore, the Flood Advisory has been cancelled.
Periods of light rain will continue throughout the morning hours.
