* IMPACTS…Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Low-water
crossings will become extremely dangerous and may become
impassable. Creeks, small stream and smaller river levels will
elevate and flow swiftly.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 957 AM PST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain has
resulted in flooding along Mark West Creek, particularly near
the intersection of Mark West Station Road and Starr Road. Up
to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
– Mark West Creek is the most likely place to experience minor
flooding. While widespread rainfall has subsided, a few
showers are forecast this afternoon. This may aggravate any
ongoing flooding.

Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Sebastopol, Cotati,
