* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 947 PM PST, Doppler radar and gauges have indicated heavy
rain with heavy rainfall rates up to 0.5 inch per hour. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in additional
flooding.

Crescent City, Jedediah Smith State Park, Jack McNamera
Field, Klamath, Bertsch-Oceanview, Crescent City North, Smith
