Flood Advisory issued December 18 at 7:02AM AST until December 18 at 9:00AM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Arroyo, Humacao, Las Piedras, Maunabo, Patillas, San
Lorenzo and Yabucoa.

* WHEN…Until 900 AM AST.

* IMPACTS…Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water
over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 702 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
