Central Navarro County in north central Texas…
* Until 200 PM CST.
* At 1208 PM CST, emergency management reported numerous flooded
roads along the Navarro and Ellis County border. Radar estimates
between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen across northern Navarro
and southern Ellis County today. Flash flooding is expected to
continue for the next couple of hours before receding.
HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
poor drainage and low lying areas.
