* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE…Floyd, Mitchell, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette,
Howard, and Winneshiek Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Icy spots could develop on untreated roads, other cold surfaces,
including bridges and overpasses.
