* WHAT…For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to 1/4 to 1/2 NM. For the Small Craft Advisory,
northwest then north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt
and waves around 2 ft expected.

* WHERE…Rappahannock River from Urbanna to Windmill Point and
York River.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EST this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM EST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
