* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE…In Minnesota, Big Stone and Traverse Counties. In South
Dakota, Day, Grant, Marshall, and Roberts Counties.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility in dense freezing fog could make
pre-existing hazardous driving conditions worse. Spotty freezing
drizzle is also possible.
