* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 33 below zero expected.

* WHERE…Northern Cook and Lake and Southern Cook Counties. This
includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation.This
also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
