Cold Weather Advisory issued January 2 at 6:12PM CST until January 3 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 32 below expected.

* WHERE…Benson and Ramsey Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
